Our Options

Treat yourself to even more comfort!

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer various paid options. You can subscribe to them at the time of your reservation.

Bed Sheets and Towels

Bed sheets and towels are not included in your reservation. Don’t forget: we rent apartments, not a hotel!

You have the choice:

  • You can either bring your own bed linen and towels
  • Or you can rent them from us at the following rates:
    • €11 per single bed sheet set
    • €14 per double bed sheet set
    • €5 for a large towel
    • €8 for a towel kit (1 large and 2 small towels)

End-of-Stay Cleaning

At the end of your stay, the apartment must be returned in impeccable condition. But we know that cleaning might not be one of your favorite activities on vacation. Therefore, we offer to do it for you.

The price for the cleaning option depends on the size of your apartment. It is set at €60 for apartments with less than 10 beds, and €80 for apartments with 10 beds or more.

Please note: even if you subscribe to the cleaning option, you will still need to complete the following tasks:

  • Clean the kitchen area (this is never included in a cleaning option)
  • Take out the trash
  • Empty the dishwasher
  • Store the clean and dry dishes back in the cabinets
  • Place the duvets (neatly folded) and pillows where you found them upon arrival

Early Arrival and/or Late Departure

Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.

If you wish to enjoy the apartment for a longer period, it is generally possible (depending on availability). Here are the current rates:

If you want to arrive earlier:

  • Arrival at 3:00 PM: €40
  • Arrival at 1:00 PM: €60
  • Arrival at 11:00 AM: €80

If you want to depart later:

  • Departure at 12:00 PM: €40
  • Departure at 2:00 PM: €60
  • Departure at 4:00 PM: €80

Why this extra charge? Preparing an apartment as a priority or being forced to do so later in the day incurs significant costs for us since the cleaning team cannot gather all the apartments in the same residence and prepare them all at the same time.

Note: Even if you book and pay for early arrival or late departure, it may happen that, on the day itself, we are unable to fulfill our commitment. In the mountains, there are indeed very frequent unforeseen circumstances during the ski or even summer season: snowfall, repairs needed in an apartment, other major unexpected issues...

However, in this case, we will of course refund the amount you paid or the difference if the apartment could not be occupied at the expected time.

If you have trouble storing your luggage during the day due to this setback, we commit to finding a solution for you.

If you end up leaving earlier or arriving later than the scheduled time, there will be no refund for the hours you could not use in your apartment.

How to Subscribe to One of These Options?

You can select the options you want to add to your stay at the time of payment for your reservation. Just add the desired options to your cart and pay the total amount.

Please note: Some options cannot be booked at the time of your reservation. Just contact us by email once your reservation is made, and we will arrange it together.
